“One of my favorites was when I saw the live-action Beauty and the Beast in theaters opening weekend. A little girl next to me gasped incredibly loudly and yelled, ‘She is going to get a cold! She isn’t wearing her coat and there’s snow on the ground!’ when Belle rode away from the castle to go help her father. I died laughing, but she had a point!”

When Black Panther and Spider-Man are dusted in Avengers: Infinity War:

Marvel

“I remember during one of the screenings I went to for Infinity War, I had two little boys behind me, and when Black Panther and Spider-Man would come on screen, they would say, ‘Black Panther, he’s my favorite!’ Or ‘Spider-Man, he’s my favorite!’ When Thanos snapped, and the dusting began, I could hear them crying, and their mom trying to console them. That gutted me.”

Haven’t seen a reaction like that before or since.”

When the dinosaur smashes through the fence in Jurassic Park 3:

The part when they get over the fence and the dino looks like it’s going to leave, just to suddenly smash through the fence — at the moment he broke through with debris flying everywhere, my stepdad threw popcorn at me and it startled me so bad that I screamed, causing a few other people around me to scream as well. My stepdad and brother were dying of laughter and I got a few glares for myself.”

I was instantly embarrassed, but my sob literally broke the floodgates and I immediately heard cries all around the theater.”

And, finally, when Rey thinks she blew up the ship that Chewbacca was on in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker:

Lucasfilm

“I was at the midnight first showing and I could not understand why a family brought a little 4- or 5-year-old girl to the show. When everyone thought Chewie was dead, there was shocked silence until we heard a high little voice ring out from the back. She said in her loud but tiny clear voice, ‘Oh Mama, not Chewie, not Chewie, Mama no’ then WE ALL SOBBED AS ONE AND CHEERED OUR BUTTS OFF WHEN HIS FATE WAS REVEALED. She was the loudest of all.”
